- Every Wednesday at Nuffield Health & Wellbeing Centre, Newbury from 18.15 - 19.40 - Mixed ability
- Every Wednesday at 1 Dene Way, Newbury from 20.00 - 21.30 - Mixed ability.
- Every Thursday at 1 Dene Way, Newbury from 20.00 - 21.30 - Mixed ability (term time only)
- Every Friday at 1 Dene Way, Newbury from 9.45 - 11.45 - Mixed ability
- Every Friday at Resource, 4 Waylen Street (off Oxford Road), Reading, RG1 7UR from 15.00 - 16.15 - People with mental problems. Voluntary contributions.
- Every Friday at Life Story Centre, 17 Eldon Sq., Reading, RG1 4DP from 18.45 - 20.00. A class from 17.05 - 18.20 can be arranged if there is enough interest.
- Classes at 1 Dene Way, £4 or £35 a term.
Giving & Taking, Caring & Sharing Basket
If you have any ideas you would like to share with fellow Yogis and you feel they could be reproduced or regurgitated in a future Yoga Sequences Book, please send them to me. I cannot guarantee payment but your name will be mentioned if your contribution is included and you will receive a free publication.
Animal Pictures
I am always on the look out for pictures of animals doing animal postures or unusual things. If you come across any please send them to me. Please include details of where you got them from incase Copyright permission is needed.
